Our beachside bungalow is designed to welcome families and groups of friends in comfort, accommodating up to 14 people, including children. The space is divided into two floors. In the upper level, there are three cozy suites: two with a double bed and two with a single bed, ideal for families, and one suite with a double bed for moments of privacy. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a social bathroom, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa, TV and dining table. The American kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, ice maker, freezer, dishes and cutlery. Outside, the experience is even better. A garden-side kiosk and barbecue area invite you to relaxed gatherings and unforgettable meals. After a day at the beach or the condominium pool, all air-conditioned rooms guarantee a peaceful and invigorating night. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the bungalow, including the private outdoor area. They can also enjoy the common areas of the condominium, which have a swimming pool, playground and soccer field for children. Beach access is direct, with no road in front, ensuring practicality and safety. Other things to note We do not accept tours, vans, minibuses or similar. The lessee exempts the lessor from any liability for accidents involving people staying at or using the property, both indoors and outdoors. The legal quiet hours, from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., must be respected. No external sound that disturbs the neighborhood is allowed. Inside the property, only ambient sound, as long as it does not cause disturbances. The use of sound from cars is prohibited.
