Our beachfront bungalow was designed to accommodate families and groups of friends in comfort, accommodating up to 14 people, including children. The space is divided into two floors. Upstairs, there are three cozy suites: two with a double bed and two single beds, ideal for families, and a suite with a double bed for moments of privacy. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a social bathroom, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa, TV and dining table. The American kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, ice maker, freezer, dishes and cutlery. Outside, the experience gets even better. A kiosk by the garden and a barbecue grill invite you to relaxed gatherings and unforgettable meals. After a day at the beach or the condominium pool, all air-conditioned rooms ensure a quiet and invigorating night. Here, every detail has been thought of to turn your stay in Maragogi into memories that last forever. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces in the bungalow, including the private outdoor area. They can also enjoy the condominium's common areas, which have a swimming pool, playground and soccer field for children. Beach access is direct, with no road in front, ensuring practicality and safety. Other things to note We do not accept excursions, vans, minibuses or similar. The lessee exempts the lessor from any liability for accidents involving persons staying or using the property, both indoors and outdoors. The legal quiet hours must be respected, from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. External sound that disturbs the neighborhood is not allowed. Inside the property, only ambient sound is allowed, as long as it does not cause disturbances. The use of sound from automobiles is prohibited.
