The Maple house is well equipped with a stocked kitchen, games, beach items, gas fire pit, fenced in backyard, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, shower, and soaker tub. Katie is 5th generation; her family has been living, and vacationing in Frankfort for over 100 years! The space This home is located in Frankfort, one of the most beautiful towns/area in Michigan. Surrounded by beaches, rivers, & lakes, this location is great for casual activities or adventure packed days. An area with golf, and ski resorts, breweries, sightseeing, and a short drive to sleeping bear dunes national lakeshore. You will fall in love with the area, and most likely will be back year after year. **Please keep in mind, July, and August are peak dates. Saturday to Saturday bookings only. * an elderly Women lives in lower level apt. Guest access The whole first floor, ranch style house, & backyard with a spacious deck for cookouts and relaxing. There is a completely separate lower rental unit, please don’t block the right side of the driveway/garage door. There are two cameras 1. door bell camera 2. Driveway area. Other things to note There is a senior citizen woman that lives in the basement unit. She has her own separate entrance. Please don’t block the right side of the driveway/garage door. There are two cameras for safety. 1 is by the driveway area, and the other is the front doorbell.
