Only 1.8 miles away to Lewes Beach, 4.8 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park, & 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Walk to restaurants & shops nearby or take a walk/bike ride on the Lewes/Georgetown or Junction & Breakwater trail to Rehoboth, Lewes or the beach! *Can be rented with 125B next door - Each home sleeps 6 The space *This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. As you walk into the rental the first floor living room opens up to an updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower(open seasonally). When you walk upstairs you will find a fully stocked bathroom and two bedrooms. - Bedroom 1 - King bed - Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds Our community is right down the road from the Lewes-Georgetown Bike Trail for you to enjoy with your bikes. It is 0.2 miles away, located right after The Station At Kings restaurant. This trail also connects to The Breakwater-Junction Trail, which is a 17 mile loop route that goes from Lewes to Rehoboth Beach. You may store your bikes in the shed as well during your stay. Guest access Guest will be able to use all of 125A, including a spacious fenced in backyard. There is a shed that locks in backyard that you can store your bikes in. Beach chairs, corn hole, and grill provided in shed. Other things to note *Please note - there may be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own. ** Grass cutting comes Tuesday or Wednesday (weather depending)
