Superb stylish eco+5star+2-4bhk two linked flats

A perfectly locationed clean, stylish, modern well-equipped combined 2 apartments one above the other providing 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite) 4 queen sized sprung mattress beds & also with a spacious open plan lounge diner and 2 very well equipped kitchens. Perfect for large families and friends sharing. We are a strictly shoe free and a no smoking home and environment. Please read my reviews. They couldn’t not be better. Truly home from home. The space Exclusively yours, this is 2 whole floors of this large detached 3 storey building on a quiet backstreet 5 minutes from Ashvem Beach , Mandrem. There is a very large rear and side facing terrace with a large dining table and chairs, lighting , a ceiling fan , mains and usb sockets. A perfect dining and work space. The bedrooms have Aircon and queen size sprung mattress beds with recently refitted en-showers sinks and toilets. There imare chest of drawers and bamboo clothing hanging racks with shelves and lots of wooden hangers. The 1st floor 1/2bhk lounge area also has a 4 poster queen size bed with sprung mattress, 2 overhead ceiling fans and it’s own spacious shower toilet with sink and a very large bowl suitable for bathing babies and children in. A new aircon unit has just been installed in this room too. There is also a sofa and two comfy chairs with a coffee table. The open plan area shares the kitchen-dining area which also has an overhead fan, a kitchen table with seating, a very large new Samsung fridge freezer, a very well equipped kitchen, hot water tap at the kitchen sink, a new tap water reverse osmosis with uv water filtration unit so no need for bottled water , shelving and cupboard space and a very large marble kitchen work top. We have also recently added 2 new Panasonic top loading hot water washing machines. The front balcony is airy and spacious and overlooks the backstreet. There is a parking bay opposite. We can provide you with a hire car or scooters and airport pick up too. M Please read my reviews. They couldn’t not be better. Truly home from home Guest access The 2 apartments and rear balcony are exclusively yours. The front balcony is also the walkway through to the 3 bed apartment above which is also ours. Other things to note the hot water is solar heated (this tank is on the roof ) please be considerate and conscientious when using the hot water as it is finite and will run out if too much is used in a day. We have electrically heated hot water during monsoon when there is often not enough sunlight to heat the water. We can arrange a taxi to pick you up from the airports and car and / or scooter hire for you . On arrival we can provide you with an Airtel sim card which will be live for 90 days for Rs1000 per 30 days that gives you 2gb data per day (make sure your mobile phone is unlocked!). Airtel works best in this region. Other networks don't. This sim can be posted to you in advance if enough notice is given. We can arrange weekly organic / natural food deliveries for you via the Indian website "healthybuddha” but you have to collect your order from ArtJuna in Mandrem Beach every Thursday tea time. Orders in by Monday. (We use"Tara Laundry" just around the corner from ArtJuna. We recommend you ask them to wash everything twice. We provide our own eco laundry liquid-and you can request ironing too. If you want your bedding washed and ironed please use the service in Mandrem Market on the little square close to the supermarket and mobile phone shop at the far end of the shops towards Mandrem Beach. We can purchase items from Amazon India for you too. These take 2-7 days to arrive. This includes food items. The nearest supermarket is ok, it’s "Calisto' (turn left at Shō) , but there is aldo a decent supermarket in Mandrem Market. Morjim's Raj Supermarket has a good selection of organic and natural packaged foods and further along PrimeOne supermarket which specialises more in Asian and Middle Eastern imported foods. Siolim has a few good supermarkets too : Jimmy's and AJ’s.- which sell organics and local eggs. Green Chokrees in Siolim is an excellent shop for organic foods and natural products. Fresh fruit and veg can be bought from a small shop on the Ashvem Beach Road further towards Ashvem Beach after Calisto and from the larger produce shop at the far end of Mandrem Beach Road. Mandrem Market also has fruit & veg shops as well as a fish market which is situated near the sub-post office. The only big supermarket is Oxford Arcade in Anjuna. It might have a few things the others already mentioned don't have. But not significantly so. Arambol also has a fruit & veg market & a fish market. Mandrem Beach and Mandrem Market have money exchange shops. The Market also has a few banks with ATMs that generally (but not always) work and can dispense funds from bank accounts held overseas. There is also an atm opposite Kuchun’s restaurant in Morjim. Last note : We have been adopted by 3 very affectionate cats living in and around our building Mouse Squirrel and Pingu. If you so wish please feel free to fall in love with them. They will fully reciprocate. But we only feed them fresh raw oily fish (they prefer mackerel ) and we prefer that they are not fed highly processed “cat food”.
