The “Kinshasa Suite” named after its furniture, made from solid Congolese Wenge wood the owners had made during their stay in Congo. It is the most spacious bedroom with breathtaking views from your king-size bed, a spacious separate closet, a sitting area in the bow-window with a chaise longue and a gas-fired chimney. An absolutely gorgeous en-suite spacious bathroom with walk in shower and a design bathtub with sea views. From the room you have direct access trough the floor to ceiling glass doors to the pool and terrace. The “Yangon Suite” is an homage to the “Golden Land of Myanmar”, with lavish golden tones. It is a very spacious bedroom with a floor to ceiling glass bow-window overlooking the Mediterranean gardens and olive trees, with direct access to a private terrace. It has a king-sized bed, a sitting area with chaise longue as well stylish basins with double-face mirrors. The bathroom is equipped with a oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 - Baku Room : Sea view - Queen size bed, Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, direct access to sea view terrace. The “Baku Room”, keeps the memory of the owners’ stay in Azerbaijan. A beautiful painting from an reputed Azerbaijani artist illuminates this room opening onto direct sea views from the queen size bed and a direct access to the swimming pool area. A walk-in wardrobe and a stylish bathroom complete this very romantic room. Bedroom 4 - Mandalay room : Garden view - Queen size bed - Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The “Mandalay Room” is a lovely en-suite room with a queen-bed with romantic views of the olive trees and citrus of the property. First Floor A floating staircase in the entrance hall will take you to the 1st floor where a mezzanine will lead you to you to two more rooms and a bathroom. From its fabulous round window, you can admire unique views of the Mediterranean Sea, the old city of Siracusa and the Etna vulcano in the back drop. Outdoor area An extensive paronamic terrace overlooking the sea at 180 degrees, with a 24 meter long infinity pool, including an inbuilt jacuzzi and “beaches” to put your sun-beds in shallow water wrap around the villa. Next to the pool area, you can access an outdoor shower . The range of the view is so wide that you can admire both the sunset in front of you and and the sunrise on the other side. An “al fresco” covered terrace of 100 sqm with sea and sunset views comprising a lounge area with an open fire, a dining area, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge. The house is surrounded by 8000 sqm gardens in the front and in the back, with olive trees, an organic orchard and various fruit trees at the disposal of the guests.
