We have only just decided to rent our family cottage on Lake Mazinaw after 40 years. It has been a labour of love taking an old hunt camp and turning it into a rustic, modern, uniquely artistic lakefront COTTAGE with bunkie. Our shoreline is 200’ foot of natural frontage holding a very large dock which leads into a shallow sand bottom. Many people refer to our lake as “Bon Echo” which means big echo heard from the sound echoing off “Bon Eco” rock.
