The villa features a contemporary design with spacious living areas spread across three levels. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the two guest bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and two full beds, along with access to a charming outdoor covered terrace. Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, LED TVs, Internet TV, a safe box, Starlink Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, a large balcony, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the complex’s private pool. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. The fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.
