It is a few minutes by car that separates you from other wonderful locations.P3040 The space A stone's throw from the sea in Torre del Pozzo, we rent an apartment in a villa with all the comforts, equipped with 7 beds (1 double room + 1 triple room + living room with 2 sofa beds). Possibility of having a playpen for small children. In the large living room, connected to the kitchen by a breakfast floor, you will find two sofas and two armchairs, a large expandable table and a fireplace to enjoy the sea even in winter. In summer the house is cool, but for those who love the outdoors there is a large flowered courtyard, in the shade of beautiful trees, where you can relax in the hammocks, deckchairs or benches, or enjoy a dinner in the garden sitting at the outdoor table. If you want a nice view, just take the stairs and go up to the terrace: from here you can admire the entire gulf, from Is Arenas to S'Archittu, while you prepare your barbecue. From here you can admire breathtaking sunsets! In addition to the indoor bathroom, there is also an outdoor shower for a refreshing return from the beach. With a few minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful places on the west coast (Is Aruttas, Mari Ermi, San Giovanni di Sinis, Oristano, Santa Caterina, Bosa, Alghero); archaeological beauties such as Tharros and the Museum of the Giants, the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina and the Nuragic Complex of Losa or stay in the golf courses of Is Arenas. Both the terrace and the barbecue are shared with the owners (if present). Other things to note Guests who receive sheets and towels are required not to use them outside the house and not to take them away. Children are welcome. For their safety, they must be supervised by adults in the courtyard, in the hammocks, and especially they must never be left alone on the terrace. The municipality of Cuglieri has established the tourist tax as of April 2023. €1 per night per person with a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
