The space The house consists of: 1 separate bathroom for each bedroom (comfort for all guests) in total there are 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Five bedrooms: Master bedroom with 1 king-size bed. 3 bedrooms, each with: 1 king-size bed and a bunk bed (two twin beds) 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, on the ground floor, ideal for people who cannot climb stairs The house layout consists of: a living room, kitchen, 1 guest bathroom, dining room, large covered pool, two large gardens and parking for 5 cars. Guest access Private indoor pool. The pool has a solar heater system. If for any reason the temperature reached by this system is not sufficient, it also has a boiler. However, using the boiler would have an additional cost, as it consumes electricity and gas. Please contact the Host for the cost of using the boiler. In the house we have a SOLAR SYSTEM for the pool. Depending on the weather we can also use the BOILER. In spring, summer and fall we hardly use the boiler. In winter it is used much more because the weather is cold. The boiler has an additional cost and works as follows: in winter you spend approximately $1,300 per day of use, the rest of the year it can be between $750 and $1,000 per day. We offer guests the option to only pay for actual gas consumption, so we leave the gas tank at 100% and check consumption at check-out.
