The house is located in an area a few steps from the beach!! 15 minutes from jose Ignacio, 5 minutes from springs, and 10 from the bar. The space It has a small private garden with a beautiful shade of a liquidambar, a grillero on the second floor, the upstairs has nice sea view, the house has entrance for 2 cars in which the gate is locked.The area is very familiar and quiet , so it is not rented for private parties or something similar.We try to take care of the family aspect of the area.Ideal for a good holiday!!
