While sharing a wall with Snug Harbor restaurant, the fully equipped kitchen is designed to maximize the space. Featuring a gas stove, french door refrigerator with ice & water, microwave, and a coffee maker nearby. The bathroom features a rainfall shower with frameless glass doors, and brass accents throughout, complemented by white Italian. Rent a boat or a kayak and you'll be able to dock right front of your unit! Fish right from our docks and enjoy the summer, and then take a break from the heat with newly installed AC and blackout curtains that provide a respite from the sun. Just one mile south is the quaint village of Hammondsport, voted the best small town in the US in 2012, which has a variety of boutiques, shops, restaurants, a wine & liquor store, and a grocery store. Summer events in the square are plentiful, so you'll always have something to do, and if you'd like to venture a little further, you're in the heart of the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and less than hour from historic Corning and Watkins Glen.
