Feel free to use the garage for your bikes or skis. On the ground floor you'll have a neighbour who has their own entrance on the side of the house. We also have a selection of floaties and a medium sized old road bike in the garage you are more than welcome to use at your own risk :) Pin pad lock for you convenience at check-in, and we're always available by phone or text. You may cross paths with my tenant in the downstairs suite, who is well aware that I have guests stay when I'm not home. In Central Courtenay you'll see a mix of small businesses, low-rise condos and old and new houses. Our house faces a lane with lots of trees and friendly neighbours. One of the best things about our place is that it's walking distance to everything.
