Gorgeous bungalow 2 blocks from the beach, and steps to Main Street. City of Seal Beach Business License Certificate #14207020 The space The SeaBreeze bungalow is one of the classic Old Town beach bungalows built in 1941. It has been fully remodeled and beautifully decorated. We are located on a quiet street, 2 blocks to the beach and steps away from Main Street. Enjoy ocean breezes on our front deck or thru the one of the three Dutch doors. Don’t worry we have A/C for extra hot days. The open concept living room and kitchen is light and bright and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large island, microwave, dishwasher, gas range, fridge with icemaker, toaster, blender, and Keurig Duo coffee maker. The living and dining area have plenty of comfy seating, electric shades, gas fireplace, highspeed Wi-Fi, and a 75-inch TV with premium channels. The house sleeps four comfortably. Bedroom one has a king bed, 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, and door that leads out to the lush back yard. Bedroom two has a twin over queen bunk bed, 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, a small desk/chair and closet. The bathroom includes a shower/tub, and is equipped with luxury shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hair dryer and plenty of towels. Unwind under the palm trees in the backyard. The backyard features a patio table with umbrella, gas grill, string lights and a surfer shower (perfect for rinsing off sand). We also supply beach towels and two beach chairs. We do not supply garage access, but you can park in our driveway and a parking pass will be included for street parking. There is no washer and dryer but there is a laundromat 3 blocks away. Seal Beach is a quaint beach town with a classic main street, shopping, restaurants, wooden pier and sandy beach. Seal Beach is only 7 miles to the Long Beach Airport, 3 miles to CSULB and 18 miles to Disneyland. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire house and the back yard. We do not allow garage access or have washer/dryer access. There's a laundromat a couple blocks away on PCH and 5th Street and one by Vons. Other things to note Old town Seal Beach is very quaint. The bungalows are located very close together. No loud groups or parties. We may need to access the garage from the back. We will not go on the property and will give you notice of we are coming. Bikes Bikes are available for guest use at your own risk. Helmets are recommended; please follow local laws. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage. You accept full responsibility when using the bikes. Hot Tub (when available) Guests I required to shower off sand and sunscreen using the surfer shower before entering. Use the hot tub at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass containers near the hot tub.
