The space Drive through the driveway and look for the sign "JR's Garage." Enter through the gate to a private patio space. The beautiful barn doors open to the cottage living area. As you walk in, please leave your shoes at the door to keep our floors and rugs clean. The living room features a 55" smart TV mounted on the wall, which can swivel up to a 45-degree angle, and a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and a bathroom with a full-size shower, modern sink, and toilet. The fully stocked modern kitchen opens to the backyard, which is shared with the occupants of the main home. Please use and enjoy the space respectfully. Guest access Guests will have full access of the guest house and the private patio space. Both exterior doors have keyless entry. Your door code will work on both doors. Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars. Guest house is assigned 2 parking spots that are on the left side. Park in tandem. The right side is assigned to occupants in the main house. Please follow parking line directions and please be respectful of other occupants parking spots. Other things to note This beautiful modern home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. The local trail network is easily accessible for walking, running and cycling. We are located just minutes from the Concord BART station, making it easy to get around the Bay Area. There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the units which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
