We welcome up to 3 well-behaved dogs (under 50 lbs each) with a $75 per dog, per stay fee. Dogs must be house-trained, stay off furniture unless covered, and not be left unattended unless crated. If you're bringing more than one dog, or forgot to add your pet during booking, please message us after booking so we can send a request for the additional fee. 🚫 No cats or other pets allowed. 🔐 Guest Access You’ll have full, private access to the home, backyard, and dock. We can’t wait to host you! Other things to note Pet Fees: Airbnb only charges a pet fee if you include pets in your search—and only for one dog. We allow up to 3 dogs under 50 lbs at $75 per dog, per stay. If you're bringing more than one dog (or forgot to include a pet), please message us after booking so we can send a fee request through the Resolution Center. Cell Service: Reception may vary depending on your carrier, but WiFi is strong and reliable throughout the house. Dock Access: There are stairs from the back deck down to the dock. For easier access, you can also walk around the side of the house. Security Cameras: For your safety, we have exterior-only security cameras monitoring the driveway and yard. There are no cameras inside the home. Quiet Neighborhood: Please respect our quiet hours and guest limits. No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
