Diogo Moreira 247, and to check in, just present a photo ID at the reception and they will give you the access card to the flat. The structure of the place where the room is has quality areas such as: • Rooftop pool • Sauna • Gym • Bar and Restaurant • Event halls • Laundry room • Solarium and other common areas. The administration of the common areas is carried out by the condominium and third-party companies, so we are unable to guarantee or control how the operation of the areas they manage will unfold, as well as how their operation will be carried out. Other things to note Check-in time is from 4 p.m. with the presentation of an official photo ID of all guests, as well as the presence of a guardian or authorization with a notarized signature of the respective guardian in cases of minors. Early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement and based on room availability. Standard check-out time is by 12 p.m. and late check-out without Cyclinn's consent may result in additional charges and blocking for future stays. In order to maintain the quality of the property, layettes, furniture and other utensils for tenants who rent later, smoking is prohibited, as is any type of intervention, modification or decoration that causes deterioration in any objects, such as the use of glue, candles, stickers and rose petals. It should be noted that misuse of the property will incur additional charges and blocking for new rentals. It is worth remembering that we are not responsible for objects left or forgotten in the Property by the guest, as well as for theft and/or robbery of the goods and other damages caused by unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure during the stay. Services such as breakfast, laundry and restaurant with room service are not included and are only offered on site, and can be requested and paid for there.
