It is part of the old Engadine house from 1569 and therefore has an aura that you won't find anywhere else. The old stüva (living room) is completely panelled with Swiss stone pine wood, which radiates a completely different ambience. The space Two extra beds can also be used in the living room. The romantic double bedroom with an old vault is the quietest of the whole house. A small, separate kitchen with everything you need for cooking has a view of the castle-like Hotel Waldhaus on the hill with the larch forest. Next to the kitchen is a small bathroom (bathtub with shower) with WC. We will accommodate you in a totally restored Engadine house that is over 400 years old. This experience is unique for you. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths.
