Charming and sunny 2 BR a block from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and in the vibrant center of Brooklyn Heights. 5th floor walk-up in a historic building. Tasteful, stylish and fully equipped. Steps from the Borough Hall subway hub with 2, 3, 4, 5 and R trains. Close to the Dumbo Ferry stop and multiple CitiBike docks. Great base to explore Brooklyn and all of NYC. Cleaning for long stays: my cleaning person will come in every 2 weeks to clean the apartment and change the sheets. The space There is a big sunny living room with a wide oak dining table that I sometimes work on and a very easy-to-fall-asleep-on couch. Two tall plants. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the front bedroom has a full-sized bed. Fully equipped kitchen with two Le Creuset dutch ovens. But please note: we are on the 5th floor of a historic building, no elevator. But the daily climb will keep you in great shape! Guest access Its all yours - you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note We are 3 doors down from NYC's best bakery, L'apartment 4F, with amazing croissants and crispy baguettes in the morning. Grab a croissant and coffee and walk down to the waterfront to enjoy your breakfast river side. We do not have a TV. To watch streaming, I plug my laptop into the 27 inch work monitor. I have an HDMI cable and Mac adaptor. We are in a historic building without an elevator. We are on the 5th floor. The walk up keeps me in great shape! Its a 30 days minimum to align with new NYC regulations. Sorry, I did not want them either!
