Self contained side suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds. One full bathroom, livingroom with kitchen containing fridge, stove and microwave. Wifi and cable TV included. Close to highway 1 and buses to skytrain and city centre. The space The space is two bedroom apartment attached to the side of the house with its own entrance. Each bedroom has a double bed. A full bathroom with shower and tub. Spacious kitchen and livingroom is comfortable for four people. The kitchen includes stove, fridge and microwave plus all the utensils and cutlery needed to make your stay comfortable. There is also a dining table with four chairs and a sofa. Absolutely NO Smoking inside the apartment. This is a family home where our grandchildren visit and stay often. So we do not allow smoking inside the building. You may smoke outside in the garden. Guest access A private access to the apartment is located on the side of the house and can accessed at anytime. Other things to note You have full access to the apartment at any time and parking is available either on the street or in the driveway. Sometimes parking in the driveway may not be possible due to visitors coming to the house or having to move cars for access to the garage.
