1 room has Air Conditioning, Very nice location, it's a short walk to the beach. Peaceful quiet location, secure and very private. My place is close to several restaurants. My rate is for the room, if you like to use air conditioning that's an extra $10 per night. Extra guest is $7 per night. The space If you're coming to Nicaragua Masachapa or Pochomil welcome to stay in our home with four separated very comfortable rooms in a extremely secure property. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and couple of blocks to several convenience stores. A place to relax and enjoy, the rate is for the room. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house and the room that you want to stay in. During your stay I'm available by text, email, or phone call. Other things to note $20 per night one person $7 for each aditinal guess is for the room, Air conditioning is an extra $10 per night. Pool is $10 per guess each day
