Rosamund Cottage is located in the heart of the Great Moreton Estate, which is a private oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life, and a working cattle farm. The property is located between Bude, Cornwall and Holsworthy, Devon, the boundary of which is the River Tamar running along the eastern boundary of the farm. The Estate features the Grimscott Site of Special Scientific Interest, several lakes and has a truly unique ecology bursting with wildlife. The space Rosamund Cottage has an open plan kitchen, living room with double doors to the patio, perfect for the summer and a log burner for cosy winter days. On your arrival you will find a welcome pack that includes milk and biscuits so you can have that welcome cuppa ! Guest access Rosamund Cottage and the immediate patio and garden surrounding. The property has a fenced off area so safe for your four legged friends to be let off lead in this area. We do allow access to walk the Estate, which has no public rights of way across it, however certain limitations apply due to the nature of a working farm. Please note dogs must be kept on leads when not in the fenced contained garden
