Welcome to the Haute-Garonne department, in the heart of Comminges. Our guest house is located between Toulouse and the Pyrenees, close to Boulogne-sur-Gesse, Saint-Gaudens, Lannemezan and Montréjeau in the countryside. You can enjoy the calm of this Comminges farm, recently restored in an ecological and environmentally friendly approach. The space The studio is a single space of 35 m2 in which the sleeping area and the kitchen are located, opening directly onto the terrace. For 2/3 people, it is equipped with twin beds (90 x 200) that can be adapted as needed, and a sofa bed (140) that can occasionally accommodate an additional person. The shower room and toilet are suitable for people with reduced mobility or other disabilities. On 2 levels separated by 2 steps, it remains accessible at ground level from the outside. Kitchenette with access to a private terrace facing the Pyrenees mountain range. The above-ground pool is shared with any other occupants of the 2 guest rooms. Guest access Guests have a parking space, their accommodation, the small adjoining terrace and the above-ground pool a few meters away. On request, it is possible to accompany you to visit the animals (sheep, chickens and ducks)... Other things to note Tenants undertake to leave the premises as clean as they found them on arrival. Everything you need is available for your use. However, a €40 cleaning fee option is applied if you wish.
