The Champagne Mill

An exceptional setting The space On the first level, you will discover a large living room including a kitchen, a dining room, and the living room with a sofa with a meridian. You can climb a few steps to discover the room "Georgette", with its breathtaking view of the river. The bedroom consists of a double bed (140x190cm). On the other side, after a few steps, you will find the miller's room, with a double bed (180x200cm). A shower room and a separate toilet complete the first level. Going down the staircase in the lobby, you will discover a bathroom with shower and bathtub, original thanks to its view from the vaulted window of the mill. A spacious laundry room completes this level. Upstairs, you will be won over by the sweetness of the family room, with its 4 single beds (90x190cm). Beds will be ready upon arrival. Le Moulin de Champagne is nestled at the bottom of a cul-de-sac in the small village of Jully-sur-Sarce of the "Côte des Bar" in champagne, not far from the champagne vineyard and the small character town of Bar-sur-Seine. Snatching in time, you will discover this imposing old 1838 water mill, sitting behind a meandering river. Nature is ubiquitous around the gite. The cottage has been set up in this old mill restored in part by the owner with care while respecting traditional materials, in order to keep the soul and history of this old building intact. Among other things, you can appreciate the original old pulleys present on the ceiling of the large living room.
