Charming house with beautiful view of the Baronnies

For nature and calm lovers, an ideal place. The House is located in a small hamlet, at the top of a hill (650 meters above sea level) with a magnificent view of the Provençal Baronnies. Beautiful hikes on foot or by bike can be done in the surrounding area, and picturesque villages are to be discovered, all punctuated by the song of cicadas. The nearest body of water is 5 km away, in Rosans. Good local products will enhance your meals. Welcome to the Drôme Provençale! The space The house is spacious (95 m2). We enter a large kitchen with a fireplace. The beams make this room authentic (formerly a sheepfold). On the ground floor there is also the bathroom, toilet and a small storage room. The first floor is accessed by a wide wooden staircase. A large, friendly living room with leather sofa, stove and TV awaits you. On either side of the living room are two bedrooms, with beautiful views of the Baronnies. The terrace can be accessed from the bedroom on the right, or by an external staircase. A summer kitchen (with sink and fridge) also overlooks the terrace. Guest access The entire house is available for the guests.
