Apartment "Vespucci" is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and has a wide entrance door of about 90 cm due to its accessibility. The room doors also have this spacious width. The apartment is reachable via a staircase or the in-house elevator. A parking space is available directly in front of the house. Arriving in the apartment, a modern and friendly ambience awaits you. You can feel the love for the details from the first second and the stay in our apartment makes you forget about everyday life. The apartment has a spacious living room with a pull-out couch, large 55" Smart TV and a sound bar. The bespoke cuisine is complete with dishes and numerous household appliances. For enthusiastic chefs, no wishes remain unfulfilled here. The apartment "Vespucci" also has a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or end the day. If the weather does not meet your wishes, you can also enjoy the evenings in front of the cozy and romantic fireplace in the living room. All 4 beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses, which have a soft and a harder side. The main bedroom includes a double bed, dressing table and 32" Smart TV. The second bedroom is a 32"Smart TV, 2 single beds as well as a desk. The bathroom has a walk-in wide shower with an approx. 1.20 m wide door and a bathtub. A washing machine and drying rack are also available. In the garden there are two additional terraces that invite you to linger in nature.
