In the ground floor there is a big and comfortable living room, spacious dining room, air-conditioned terrace, one bedroom, one visitor’s bathroom, kitchen, front yard and backyard with a small pool and a closed garage for one car. In the first floor there are three bedrooms (each one with private bathroom) all of them air-conditioned. There is cold and hot running water 24 hours.
