Other things to note Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will stay, plus a signed copy of the condominium rules. This is required to authorize access and to maintain good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules. This is a studio within a condominium with shared areas, so some noise (from other guests, animals, or traffic) is possible. You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for the natural environment. Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Extra cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an additional fee. For the AC to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it runs and do not set the temperature below 21C.
