One of the best Beaches & Cond. on the North Coast

Excellent and complete condominium. We are 200 meters from the beach. Now, access to the condominium is via a paved street. One of the biggest problems on the coast is the lack of water during high season, which does not occur with us due to our 180-m deep artesian well Parking for 1 car. Air-cond. in the suite, fans in the rooms and an excellent, powerful fan on the balcony that blows fresh air into the apartment. 3rd floor, access by stairs, please check with people with mobility issues. The space In the apartment, we have good 500 mega internet with Wi-Fi, smart TV where you can log in to your Netflix account, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Our condominium has only 1 parking space per apartment, but in low season or when the condominium has little movement, we can count on the cordiality of our employees and our administrator to authorize the permanence of one more vehicle per apartment. Every leisure area is allowed to visitors, except the beach service (sun guard and chairs on the beach) which is for the exclusive use of the condominiums. Guest access Guests can use the swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field, basketball court, game room, playgrounds and barbecue grills. Young children will only have access to the above items if they are accompanied by guardians. Other things to note Maranduba/Sapê beach is always suitable for swimming. In all my years as an owner, I have never seen this beach included on the list of beaches unsuitable for use on the north coast. It is a quiet beach for children and the elderly, and there is also a point where surfers love to stay. Excellent fireworks at the turn of the year due to the number of kiosks, restaurants and bars, bringing people from neighboring beaches to join us.
