Loft dos Ipês

@loftsdamata is located in Macacos and has 4 Lofts for couples, specially designed with sophistication and a lot of privacy. The Ipês loft has two floors with a super king bed, 55-inch TV, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, double solar bath, heated pool with glass bottom and view of the bedroom bed. The minimum stay is two nights with the following options: * Monday to Wednesday * Wednesday to Friday * Friday to Sunday * Saturday to Monday. The space No Loft do Ipês is one of the Lofts da Mata lofts and is immersed in nature, very close to Belo Horizonte. We have parking, a king size bed, 200-thread count sheets, a 55-inch TV, internet, a fireplace, a double sunbathing area, a heated pool with a glass bottom, a barbecue grill, a full kitchen, and it is the only two-story loft. Our accommodations are specially created so that you can enjoy nature in comfort. We do not accept children aged between 5 months and 12 years. Check-in time is from 5 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Saturday check-in is free. Check-out time during the week is 12 noon and on Sunday at 5 p.m. Minimum of two nights! IMPORTANT: When using the fireplace, leave the window open to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning. Our Lofts are located in a region close to the Atlantic forest, and we may occasionally have factors such as the presence of insects, wild animals and peconhentos. Only leave doors and windows with screens open to reduce the risk of any kind of animal or insect entering. Eventually, Internet oscillation or lack of electricity may occur, especially on days of heavy rain in the region. Other things to note Children's Accommodation: Children over 13 years old or babies up to 5 months old (in a crib) are allowed, for an additional fee of R$150 per night. Minimum Stay: A minimum of 2 nights' booking is required. Pets: We only accept small and adult pets. Visits: Visitors are not allowed during your stay. Sound and Music: The use of speakers or playing loud music is prohibited. Quiet hours: Mandatory silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. At other times, keep conversations and ambient sound in respect of the neighborhood. Attention: Failure to comply with any rule may result in fines and immediate cancellation of the reservation, without refund.
