Villa Il Frantoio, a completely renovated old oil mill from the 1950s, is a unique residence located in a privileged position in Avola. With a breathtaking view of the sea and just 10 meters from the beach, this villa offers the opportunity to experience a relaxing holiday, privacy and maximum freedom, without the need to use the car to reach the sea. The space The interior spaces With its 130 square meters, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Inside, there are two separate living rooms: the first has a fully equipped kitchen, a TV area and a double sofa bed, as well as a double bedroom located on an attic floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, and a bathroom with shower. The second living room includes a second equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and another bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all amenities, including dishes, sheets, and towels. The outdoor spaces The property is surrounded by a large fenced garden and has two large equipped verandas: one facing the sea, with chairs, armchairs, deckchairs and a table, and one behind, with a barbecue and a canopy for outdoor dining in total privacy. The garden and verandas are ideal for those who want to experience moments of relaxation in the open air, especially for families with children. In addition, the villa offers a private entrance with a gate and free indoor parking. Guest access The Villa, with all the outdoor spaces, is for the exclusive use of guests. During your stay For us, welcoming is a fundamental aspect of hospitality. We welcome guests in person upon arrival to hand over the keys and to provide all the information necessary to make their stay pleasant, including places to visit, as well as restaurants and pubs where they can spend a pleasant evening enjoying Sicilian specialties. They will find in the fridge: water, drinks, fruit. Check-in: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (after this time a surcharge of 50 euros will be charged). Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Please note that the delivery of the keys, as indicated in the reservation, will be made directly at the property. It is advisable to contact us by phone or email the day before arrival to agree on the check-in time so that we can provide all the information for an easy arrival at the property and organize the reception well.
