We do not only offer "rooms" but the "Experiences" to take away!!! The space 1. The listing can best be described as a Cozy cabin within a wilderness, for a different and unique experience. The place is located in rural surroundings, a suburban area of Vizag city. It doesn't claim to have any Star hotel facilities. Those who like a cute, calm & cozy place to stay will fully appreciate it better. However, many things are packaged and bundled into one single entity called Ocean Cabin close to Sea Beach. 2. This place is on a budget price just to meet the costs. Compared to other accommodations in the nearby locality, our Ocean Cabin commands a very competitive price. 3. Our property is not a resort, but only a farm stay. Guests may create their own activity in addition to what we offer, to make their stay a wonderful and unique one. 4. Those who are only looking for another hotel room in Visakhapatnam should not come to this place, because it is definitely not a typical hotel room. We are not giving just a stay, but an experience that is going to be special and unique. Guest access Guests have total access within the fencing of the 'Cabin', including the room of the container cabin and the toilet, patio in front, the garden, the green patch, and the outside sitout, all situated within the fencing of the listing called Ocean Cabin. The area provided for the guests is approximately in measure 200 square yards. The common areas will include - the entire land area within the boundary, in which guests can move, except the areas covered by the other listings in this farmland. Other things to note There are a few limitations our prospective guest is expected to note. 1. Repair to any facilities like AC, Refrigerator, electrical equipment, stove, kitchen equipment and / or any equipment provided in the listing can not be attended promptly. Attempts will be made to get them rectified in due course of time. No refund for the inability to get the items rectified can be demanded from the host. The place is a village and services for immediate rectification can not be found in that area. All such repair services have to be summoned from far-off places and can happen only during daylight hours, on working days. If the defect is found due to mishandling by the guest/s service or amenity that became defective can not be restored by the host. 3. This is studio accommodation. Only a sofa cum bed is provided. Guests may appreciate that this is a tiny container cabin with best fit of the space could be achieved this way. if any objection to this situation, guests are requested to take a call on their own before booking the place. This is based on a comment made by one of our esteemed guests of the past at this listing that a normal bed is not provided. 4. The Watchman is only to facilitate check-in and check-out. He is an illiterate person, and guests may kindly not expect sophisticated behaviour that of a star hotel or high-class or costly homestays. Other items to note by the Guests include the following: 1 Guests are requested to share the soft copies of any one of the Govt IDs (like the Aadhar card or the Vehicle driving license or the Voter Card or Passport) of all the guests who are going to stay, as this is a mandatory document for our record purposes. Kindly note that this process has to be completed before you check into Farm Cottage close to the Sea. 2. We Owners, are not residing at the property. However, the Watchman stays with his family in his own house just adjacent to this farmland. 3. Your meal requirements can be ideally met through Zomato or Swiggy in case you decide not to dine outside. These services are available at this location. However, you are advised to place the order well before late evening in order not to miss your evening meal. As hosts, we have no control over these catering services and we do not assume any responsibility, if any complaints arrises against them. 4. Nearby, there are some eateries like small Dhabas. Finedine is just 3 km away, at a place well known as 'Merlin Cay', towards Bhimilipatnam, right on the beach. 5. Kindly note that there is no Wi-Fi. However, the net connectivity is very good. 6. An important house rule for your early information : We keep the main gate closed always to prevent the entry of any unauthorized persons or stray animals into our property inside the boundary wall. Watchman is always available to open the main gate. _ From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (the following morning) the main gates of the Farmland are kept locked, and the period is treated as curfew hours. This is for the utmost safety of our guests staying in the listings.
