VO unit 413 - 2Bd/2Ba Stilt Home 2 queen beds The space Check-In Instructions: Check-in time is 3pm on the first day of your reservation. During times of high occupancy, there is no guaranteed check-in time. The Venture Out Office or the Guard Shack (after hours) will have your name, unit number and check out date. Your unit will be OPEN and CLEAN upon your arrival. The unit will be supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap in each bathroom, as well as 1 trash bag in each trash can. All of our homes are fully furnished with linens and house wares. Guest access Venture Out charges a $125 registration fee upon arrival paid via cash or cc only. There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance. Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made.
