Discover Atlin Lake's beauty from our cozy one-bedroom loft on Monarch Mountain, minutes from downtown Atlin, BC. Enjoy direct access to Monarch Mountain Trail. This retreat features a full kitchen, spacious bathroom, sauna, and free Wi-Fi. House-trained dogs are welcome for $25 per night. We offer two identical apartments, A and B, sharing a large deck with stunning views. Each hosts up to four guests but is ideal for two. For added privacy, ask about the other apartment's availability. The space During the months of October to May, 4WD is required for access. Villas A and B are mirror-image duplexes that share a spacious balcony, providing inviting views. If you desire additional privacy, please inquire about the availability of the other villa, as it can be blocked off for your stay. Each villa features a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove, and cooking utensils. Enjoy outdoor cooking and relaxation with a BBQ on the balcony and a fire pit available for your use (subject to local and provincial regulations). A sauna is located in the shared space below the apartments, offering a perfect way to unwind after your adventures. Guest access During Winter Months: 4wd is needed to access this property. 2wd with winter/studded tires may be sufficient but not guaranteed. The view is magnificent because we are situated on a mountain, so please be ready with your vehicle in Winter. You are encouraged to roam the entire grounds and the trails around it . In the summer the garden and greenhouse is yours to enjoy . There are tomatoes, berries and other greens for picking. Other things to note Important Notice: During the winter months (November to May), 4x4 vehicles are required for access. While 2WD vehicles with winter or studded tires may suffice, we cannot guarantee their effectiveness. Our driveway can be steep and icy, potentially posing challenges after snowfall. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for your safety on or around our property. Please be aware that wildlife such as bears, wolves, lynx, deer, moose, rabbits, and other game frequent the area, and signs of their presence are common. This is their mountain home as much as it is yours, so kindly refrain from leaving food or garbage around or in your vehicles. Please practice caution and respect in this beautiful but wild environment. During Summer months 20KM/hr speed is imperative due to dust control and free range pets in our neighborhood.
