Our Happy Place! A modern comfortable space is yours to enjoy! With a large outdoor deck, three air-conditioned bedrooms each with Queen beds, (master has en-suite), vaulted ceilings throughout, spacious air-conditioned lounge, plus a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. A place to restore and relax. The property backs onto a Rainforest corridor with access to the beach via a dedicated walking path, you could be dipping a toe into the ocean within a 10 minute walk! The space Large outdoor deck, vaulted ceiling inside, a light, bright breezy home with modern fittings & furnishings. Large flat screen TV in the lounge, books to enjoy, puzzles to ponder & time to relax. Guest access Apart from the locked cupboard, the house is yours to enjoy. Other things to note OK, a few things to mention. The first: There is a house under construction two doors down. We do need comment on this as there is a chance that there will be noise during the working week. The second: The Rainforest Corridor behind the property has a walking path for use during Daylight Hours only. You will hear people, walk, jog, or ride the bikes past. The third: There is NO swimming Pool, however there is a public swimming open close by. Next: There is NO gas BBQ. However we do provide an electric outdoor BBQ. And finally, I don't believe I have to write this, but.... When you leave the house. 1/. Ensure all air conditioning is TURNED off. 2/. Remove your rubbish. Bin with the red lid, wet waste. Bin with the green lid, recycle. Bins go out on Thursday evening & yes if you fill the bins, please pop them out. 3/. Wash your dishes/pots pans etc. 4/. Clean up, we did not charge cleaning fees, but is this something we have now been forced to implement. It definitely doesn't cover all our costs, but recently we have had some less than satisfactory "surprise's" 5/. House keys, please put them back WHERE you found them. 6/. If you run out of loo roll, no-one is going to drop some off. Please purchase. Please don't park on the grass however if you do have a boat, there's room behind the house. Do not use the electric bbq inside the house!. The outdoor setting requires upgrading to something a larger. Currently just a 4 seater. NO SMOKING.
