Free Beach Service for two is included with this unit which includes 2 Chairs and 1 umbrella. When you enter the condo, the Kitchen will be on your right, with a Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom on your left. The Kitchen leaves no wants desired as it has full size appliances and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The Guest Bedroom has a flat screen TV and two double size beds, allowing your family to sleep soundly. The Guest Bathroom can be entered through the hallway and has a bathtub/shower combination. Moving down the hall we come to the Dining Area, home to a circular dining table set for 7 guests. There is bar seating for two additional guests. The Living Room comes next with a large flat screen and access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The Master Bed room Suite is next. This Suite comes with a King size bed, a flat screen TV, double windows with views of the Gulf of Mexico, and its own private Bathroom. The Master Bathroom comes with a dual vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. As perfect as the condo is on the inside, the true beauty remains on the balcony. The balcony is ever so slightly angled, allowing you to see the shoreline from the heart of Destin and beyond. From this balcony you can see dolphins and beach goers swimming, and you can smell the salt air as you gaze upon the powder white sands Destin is famous far. Oh, and the emerald green warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico: nothing short of extraordinary. Come to Destin on the Gulf 304 and your stay will not be long enough: you will be begging for more! Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
