The perfect rental to base yourself with an open and airy feel, screened in and fanned porch and everything you need to just walk in and be right at home. This remodeled condo is comfortable and modern. The pull out sleeper sofa allows for 4 guests. The chef will love the kitchen and ample counter space while enjoying the ocean view! The bedroom is well appointed with a brand new (July 2025) king size bed! The bath has a walk in shower. Located in the L building on the second floor- the only one with an elevator - and containing all that you may need for the beach, including a buggy, umbrella, chairs, and towels, just bring yourselves. *Max one dog allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. No cats. Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. *3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change.
