This is a beautiful home with a Rustic Cabin warmth to it. The home is very spacious 1600 sq foot home 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. Kid and pet friendly with a fenced in front yard and fenced back yard with privicy gate if you chose to close back yard. Great for couples, families, hunters, small groups as well as large groups. Open floor plan which is great for family gatherings. Located in the hub of the San Luis Valley. The space Don't feel like doing outdoor activity there is a pool table, dart board and a Fooseball table or sit in front of the fireplace and relax. BBQ outside with either propane grill or charcoal grill (guest need to provide charcoal) or roast marshmallows using outdoor fire pit . Guest access The whole home is available to you and only you!!
