[Akkeun] Ocean Front Private House, Jeju Woljeong

Casa Daljinbat is a private accommodation with the blue water of east Jeju's coast. Woljeong and Conan Beach, famous for its emerald waters, are five minutes from Casa Daljinbat. Akkeun-dong is a 33m² house with a lovely interior and great sea and lighthouse views, ideal for couples. Due to the layout, we don't recommend bringing small children. At every moment of your stay, Casa Daljinbat is a place where you can experience the colourful life of Jeju Island. The space ※ Before making a reservation, please read the following information carefully. The host will not be held responsible for anything that may happen if you don't read this information. • This house can accommodate up to 2 guests including adults and children. No one other than the booked party is allowed to visit or stay. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction and liability and no refund will be given. ※ This accommodation is not recommended for children; if you do bring a child, the accommodation is available in the form of one adult and one child. If you request a different arrangement (e.g. parents with a child), your booking will be rejected. • Early check-in is not available. If you want to leave your luggage, you should let us know in advance, and you can leave it outside the property after 12:00. We'll bring them in the front door after we've cleaned and prepared. • We do not provide housekeeping services such as changing bed linen, even for multiple nights. (We do have a vacuum cleaner in the house). • For the sake of the environment, we do not provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. This is in line with the law on disposable products in accommodation that comes into force in 2024. • Despite regular pest control, insects or bugs can still get inside the property due to its proximity to nature. Please consider your booking carefully if you're sensitive to this. No refunds will be given for this reason. • This is a non-smoking accommodation. In Korea it is strictly prohibited to smoke in non-smoking areas. You may be charged a fine of KRW 100,000 and a special cleaning fee if we find any evidence of smoking (cigarette butts, cigarette ash, etc.) or odours. • We strictly prohibit the use of open flames (candles, incense, firecrackers, etc.) in our accommodation. An outdoor garden is part of the accommodation. • Second floor is attic style, which may prove inconvenient for tall people. Please take this into consideration when booking. • Pets are not allowed. • Please take off your shoes when you are indoors and wear the indoor shoes provided. In Korea, it is not customary to wear outdoor shoes indoors. • The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils, but please do not cook strong smelling or fatty foods such as grilled pork belly and fish fries, seafood stew. • Please be advised that it is strictly prohibited to remove any supplies or furnishings from the accommodation. Any items (indoor or outdoor fixtures, props, and equipment) that are damaged or lost may be subject to a repurchase cost. • Due to the structure of the rooms (stairs, stone walls, handrails, bathtubs, etc.) please be aware of the safety of children and guests with children and supervise them when using the accommodation. We are not responsible for accidents caused by the carelessness of parents or guardians. Other things to note ❗️Please read the space descriptions on booking page carefully before making a reservation. If you do not, we are not responsible for any issues that arise. • Please be sure to honor check-in and check-out times. • Early check-in and Late check-out are not available. • All of our windows are fitted with an expensive privacy film that is not visible from the outside during the day. Please note that any tape, stickers, or similar attachments applied to the windows may cause damage to the film. In the event that the film is damaged, a re-fitting fee of KRW 800,000 per window will be applied. • Please note that parties are strictly prohibited on the premises. Please take this into consideration. • DO NOT go outside in the provided indoor or bathroom shoes. If a bathroom shoe becomes unusable due to contamination, we will charge you to repurchase it • The front windows on the 2nd floor are covered by partitions, not curtains. For your reference, please refer to the bedroom photos on the booking page. • We don't offer luggage storage after you check out, but if you use a luggage delivery service, we may be able to give your luggage to the delivery service you booked if you arrange this in advance.
