Lakeside self-contained suite with private entry

Located opposite a popular fishing spot on Lake Macquarie, this room has its own ensuite and private entry. The room is fully self-contained with a desk, wardrobe, storage drawers, small table and kitchenette. One minute from Wangi shopping centre and boat ramp. Only 15 minutes from Toronto or Morisset shopping centres. Buses available but not frequent. Wangi is small and friendly and boasts a post office, shops, library and eating places. The space The room is downstairs at the rear of a two-storey brick home, on a large level block directly across from the lake. You will be sharing the drive, parking area, laundry and patio but otherwise the room is private and has everything you need, with its own private entry. A key to the shared laundry is in your room with a separate entry to the laundry off the driveway. You do not need to go through the main residence. Drive through access from Dobell Dr to Wangi Point Rd. Ample parking for a boat or caravan if needed. Guest access There is ample free parking on the road or on the large block, on the grass beside the garage. Public transport (bus and thence to train) is available but is infrequent. Main shopping centres and train stations are at Morisset or Toronto (Fassifern station) and are both 15 - 20 minutes away by car but 30 minutes to over an hour by bus, depending on time of day. Fassifern station is best if you want to head into Newcastle. Ample parking available. Most trains stop at Fassifern. Wangi shopping, park and jetty are only a minute away by car, or 10 minutes pleasant walking.
