Evelyn's Retreat is a self-contained apartment in the historic Ruthven Mansions; just steps from Rundle Mall, the North Terrace cultural precinct and the restaurants and bars of Rundle Street. Lofty ceilings, a bay window and romantic period detail evoke another age, yet luxury has not been forgotten. You will find modern appliances, underfloor heating and internet speeds that will make sure your stay will be one to remember. The apartment sleeps up to 3 adults (or two adults and 2 children under 12 - if they are willing to share a bed), as there is a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a fold out sofa bed (extra charge) in the separate lounge. Please be aware that although there is a lift, there is also a short flight of 9 steps in the hallway approaching the property. We understand sometimes it is not possible to travel ‘off-peak’. We do not raise our prices according to the season. Our rates remain reasonable no matter when you stay.
