Jegerbu - Spacious and cozy forest cabin

The cabin (80 sqm) is located in Lurdalen, within cycling distance from Kongsberg city center. Nearby there is a pond with a swimming area. The area is perfect for hiking, picking berries/mushrooms! The cabin is well suited for everything from singles to couples, groups of friends and families. The space The cabin is located approx. 600 meters in on a gravel road from a locked gate. Handover of gate and cabin key is agreed upon booking. Parking is possible for about 3 cars. The cabin consists of a large living room with an open kitchen solution, sofa group and dining area. Possibility of wood burning. Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 cm), Bedroom 2 (120 cm bed), Bedrooms 3 and 4 (both have family bunks with 100 cm down and 75 cm up). Travel bed for children and baby chair can be arranged if needed. There is a small bathroom with a washbasin. There is no running water, but there is 230V power. Drinking water must be brought or collected from nearby streams. Refrigerator and small freezer available. Cooking on stove/oven or gas grill. Washing up by hand. The toilet room is outdoors and is equipped with a urinal and a combustion toilet. Instructions for use are hung on the wall. Guest access Everything except outdoor storage shed. Other things to note Outside there is a large and sunny terrace with dining area and gas grill. On the backside of the cabin a small porch with a nice sitting area and possibility for shade. Fire pan CANNOT be used in spring/summer due to fire ban.
