Dog Friendly House in the county. Deck opens to fenced in Yard. Easy drive to Catskill or Albany. Private. Nice Deck. Stream in the back. The entire house is for rent. People with dogs love the house. The house has a walk out basement that is not used and is locked. (Guests are free to use it) No part of the house is rented while guest are at the house. The house is pretty isolated . People with dogs always seem to love the house! If you have a dog you want to stay here! If you have a picture of your dog at the house and don't mind it posted with the listing please send it to me. Check in and check out times are flexible. Check in is anytime after 3 pm. Check out by 1 pm. If guest wish to stay a few additional hours it possible if another guest is not going to arrive the save day. Please coordinate. No pet deposit. Guest are expected to clean after pets and report any damage. No dog has escaped from the dog fenced area, but please inspect as you know your dog best. The property is also listed on airbnb. The Main Room has an air conditioner. I helped my mom rent out out the house for 10+ years . I purchased the house a few years back and am renting out the house myself now.
