La Fata Residence

There are about 75-100 houses around or next to our place. The Commercial San Luis is next door to the left, ice cream place next door to the right, pollo campestre next door, cross from de condominio is a pollo campero, there are several banks near pupuserias and metro Centro is five minutes away. The house Is in a safe area with security personnel at the gated entrance, only residents/guests can enter. People from all backgrounds are welcome!! Our neighbor rents cars for reasonable prices Guest access There is only one room that guests can't use Other things to note Everything is close to the house. Airport and beach are about 40-45 minutes away. Taxis from the airport to the house are $25-$30 and they are secure.
