It’s on a very quiet private street but close to freeways, bars, restaurants, Lake St Clair (5 mins), Downtown Detroit (15 mins) and Royal Oak (15 mins). It features a 58” Ruku TV w 300 mpbs wifi plan! Sleeping arrangements include: 3 bedrooms, 4 standard beds (2 queen and 2 twin beds). Living room features a 58” Ruku streaming TV with apps for you to use your logins. There is also 2 sofas and a large desk and other various tables and decor. House internet has high speed wifi for all your streaming needs with a 58 inch RUKU streaming smart tv in the living room. Bonus: 2022 New Fridge and Convection Oven with Built in Air Fryer Sleeping arrangements include: The house has 3 bedrooms, 4 standard beds (2 queen and 2 twin beds). In the master bedroom there is another large desk and chair for additional workspace. Kitchen and Dining: There is a large kitchen with new 2022 refrigerator and range with a built in air fryer as well as a large dining table that seats 6. Additionally there are basic cooking and dining ware as well as a K-Cup coffee maker and microwave. (Also includes plastic dinnerware for kids). A coffee and tea starter pack will be supplied so that you will have starter supplies available upon arrival. Bathroom: there is 1 bathroom, basic soap and shampoo will be supplied along with a hair dryer (potential for other bonus supplies as available but not guaranteed) Security and safety: The property is equipped with blink security doorbells and cameras (all outdoor facing cameras for safety and security purposes). There is also a first aide kit under the kitchen sink and the front door has a smart lock with passcodes that are temporary/timed and change with each guest.
