The house and bedroom is set with a keypad code lock that I'll provide once the check in is confirmed. Living room, dining room, kitchen, loft (office desk area), laundry room, and backyard are shared. Other things to note There'll be other guests living at the house and everyone is to keep following the household rules to keep the house clean and peaceful for everyone to rest/work. Also please note after the booking is confirmed all the details step by step to check-in will be located on your booking details when you scroll down to “Self Check-in” on the day of your arrival. Please make sure to go over the household rules and can abide by them. House rules: -Please be mindful of the noise level, especially from 10 pm-6 am -Please don’t slam doors or cabinets -No drugs or smoking allowed in the house -Please respect others and their belongings -Please clean up after yourself in shared living spaces -Please no shoes or sandals on the carpet areas (unless they’re used only in the house and are clean) -Please don’t leave things ON like TV, lights, etc. if you’re not using them. -Please remember to lock the front door and back door after unlocking them. -Please no pets (that includes service animals too sorry) since some current tenants and myself are allergic which causes other health problems like asthma attacks.
