The space The cozy living room has a working gas fireplace and a writing desk. The open floor plan flows right into a dining space. The bathroom is tiled with a large linen closet, and a laundry room/utility room with additional storage (full-size washer and dryer included!). The apartment has a sunny private outdoor area that is fenced off from the street and key-coded. We do not allow of pets to be left unattended in the backyard space at anytime. Please keep a watchful eye on your animals. Guest access This is a separate basement apartment and the full space, including a private fenced yard, is rented with this listing. There is a "Unit A" and it is occupied. Other things to note We only rent this basement space out for stays of 30+ days. We do allow well-behaved dogs with an additional cleaning fee of $50. As Unit A is occupied and often has folks working from home, we are not able to host barking dogs or dogs easily noise-activated.
