Casa Sirena is a rare downtown hacienda-style villa in Isla Mujeres that sleeps up to 17 guests. You’ll enjoy the full villa experience — including hotel-grade staff, a rooftop sunset bar, 2 plunge pools and a location just steps from the island’s best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. It’s designed for groups who want to live Isla Mujeres — walkable, social, and fully taken care of — without relying on a golf cart to experience it. The space Bedrooms at Casa Sirena (Sleeps up to 17) Casa Sirena is designed for groups who want both privacy and shared space—ideal for families, couples, and friends traveling together. The layout offers a mix of private ensuite bedrooms and flexible sleeping options, making it easy for everyone to feel comfortable. All bedrooms have been thoughtfully restored, with touches of its historic past still in place. Each room is designed for comfort, featuring quality linens, beach towels and beach bags, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a safe. Most rooms include private ensuite bathrooms (see Room 7 for exception). Guest access Guest Access – Casa Sirena You will have access to the full residence, a thoughtfully restored five-story Spanish colonial home that blends historic character with modern comfort. **Ground Floor** The main living spaces are designed for gathering and relaxing. Here you’ll find: * A full kitchen and dining area, ideal for hosting meals or special gatherings (seating for up to 24) * An indoor/outdoor lounge that opens to a lush courtyard * A refreshing plunge pool surrounded by tropical greenery * One ground-floor bedroom with ensuite bath, plus an additional flex room (available if needed) **Second & Third Floors** These levels feature the main guest accommodations, with six private bedrooms—most with ensuite bathrooms—offering comfort and privacy for your group. **Upper Levels (Rooftop & Terrace Spaces)** The top floors are designed for memorable moments: * A fully equipped private bar area (BYOB) * Expansive terraces with sweeping views of the town, ocean, and surrounding island * A dipping pool—perfect for cooling off while enjoying sunset views At the very top, a final set of stairs leads to a rooftop lookout with stunning 360° views—an ideal spot for sunrise, sunset, or simply taking it all in. Other things to note We’ve included thoughtful touches to make your stay effortless — including beach bags, towels, and drinking water for your time on the island. Each morning, enjoy daily coffee service, along with housekeeping (excluding Sundays) so you can relax and focus on your time together.
