The Ponderosa is Frost family owned and provides a cozy, family environment that keeps that small town feel. We have a large area that can fit 6 or more cars, as well as a large grassed area for kids or dogs to roam and trees to climb. This is a brand new home that is in a quiet neighborhood. The Ponderosa also features a master bedroom with a King size bed, TV, walk in closet and en-suite master bath with double vanity sink. The second bedroom is a queen bed with a dresser, TV and reach in closet. The third bedroom is a double twin room with a reach in closet. Our beautiful kitchen allows for plenty of counter space for eating, drinking or relaxing. We have all new appliances that include a fridge, gas stove, microwave and wine fridge with goodies ready to purchase. Our large island accommodates 4 stools, and our kitchen table can accommodate up to 8. Feel free to cozy up with a book in our reading corner, or cuddle up on the couch with a glass of wine and a movie.
