The property is an excellent starting point to visit the city, its noble villas and to reach in a few minutes on foot the Lungarno of Pisa. The property is located within the Restricterd Traffic Area (ZTL in Italian). The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 42" TV and desk; - KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, refrigerator with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, wine glasses, kitchenware and access to the garden; - BEDROOM with double bed and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC; - GARDEN with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site. In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.
