These tiny eco dwellings have been custom built to compliment the principles of “Forest Therapy’ or “Shinrinyoku’ which is a popular practice in Japan. Shinrin means “forest” and yoku means “bath.” Shinrin-yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere, or taking in the forest through our senses.
